Developed during the pandemic when everything was shifting to remote solutions, this Augmented Reality walk-through was created for Damac Properties to showcase apartments directly from a mobile app. The app allows potential buyers to experience luxury living without visiting the property in person. To ensure high-quality visual fidelity while maintaining performance, lighting was baked into textures using Maya, providing realistic renders without overheating devices, making it accessible to a wide range of smartphones and tablets.
